Cafe Negril has been a Frenchmen Street fixture since the early 1990s, bringing Caribbean-influenced vibes to the heart of New Orleans's live music corridor. The open-air front and intimate back room host reggae, funk, brass band, and jazz acts seven nights a week, with multiple sets running from afternoon into the early morning hours. The venue's laid-back tropical atmosphere, affordable drinks, and no-cover early sets make it a favorite first stop for a night on Frenchmen.
